Regenerative Medicine

Rather than masking symptoms or forcing short-term fixes, regenerative treatments work with your body’s own biology to restore function and health to damaged or aging tissues.

If your joints, muscles, or tendons are injured or wearing down, regenerative therapies help kickstart your body’s natural healing process—encouraging new, healthy tissue to grow where it’s needed. This can mean less pain, better mobility, and potentially avoiding surgery altogether.

In my practice, I’ve seen case after case of individuals positively impacted from regenerative medicine approaches. This has included things like prolozone (ozone injections), PRP (platelet-rich plasma), & peptides therapies. Most patients experience a 65-95% improvement with treatment in terms of pain severity & frequency, mobility, & ability to function in life or do loved activities.

Regenerative medicine is a cutting-edge, science-backed approach to healing that helps your body repair itself—naturally.

These treatments aren’t silver bullets, they don’t work perfectly for everyone, but they are highly effective for most and a much better approach compared to the classic approach with steroid injections (which actually do damage to tissues), surgeries, or medications for pain management.

The best part of regenerative medicine is that most people don’t continue needing it. Steroids reduce inflammation (but don’t resolve it) and are needed to be repeated when it wears off, often their impact is less and less each time. With regenerative therapies, we are stimulating the body’s own healing cascade. Instead of how long it “lasts” in the body, it’s more about how much of a response is generated from the tissue It’s a cascading effect. While some of my patients require more routine treatment due to various factors, the goal achieved by the majority of my patients is that they don’t need the treatments anymore. We aim to heal the tissue and resolve things rather than manage them.

In my practice, I use treatments like PRP (platelet-rich plasma), prolozone, & peptides to reduce inflammation, stimulate tissue regeneration, and support long-term joint, ligament, and tendon health. Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing arthritis, or just want to stay active as you age, regenerative medicine might be a powerful step toward healing—not just coping. Prolozone

Prolozone is a regenerative injection therapy that combines oxygen (ozone) with natural anti-inflammatory and healing nutrients to stimulate the body’s ability to repair damaged tissues—especially in joints, tendons, ligaments, and muscles.

Ozone is a special form of oxygen (O₃) that, when injected into the affected area, reduces inflammation, improves circulation, breaks up scar tissue, and promotes the release of growth factors. The result? Your body begins healing from the inside out.

Platelet Rich Plasma

Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) is a regenerative treatment that uses your body’s own healing cells to repair damaged tissues.

Here’s how it works: we draw a small amount of your blood, concentrate the platelets and growth factors, and inject them directly into areas like joints, tendons, or muscles that need healing. These growth factors signal your body to repair tissue, reduce inflammation, and grow new healthy cells.

Prolotherapy

Prolotherapy is an injection therapy that uses a dextrose (a natural sugar solution) to stimulate your body’s own healing response in damaged or weakened areas—like ligaments, tendons, and joints.

The mild irritation caused by the injection triggers repair, increases collagen production, and strengthens the supportive structures around joints. It’s particularly helpful for chronic pain, loose or unstable joints, and old injuries that never fully healed.
